This place is in a great spot, close to all the action. the staff here are super helpful and really kind. Our room had AC and a balcony, which was a big plus! 🌴.

The breakfast was satisfactory, marvellous with coffees or tea.

It is a lovely hotel with nice interior design, unbeatable location short walk to the restaurant, best one in Nungwi, the two best beaches in Nungwi, and the centre. A cozy bar does the trick. Can recommend to anyone...

Loved the garden, terrace, and free WiFi. The French cuisine at the on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise. I even had the option to rent a bike or car. And the daily continental breakfast? Yum!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of missing a safety deposit box, ancient air conditioning, and a boring breakfast every day. So much fun!

We had a really amazing stay, like being at home and on vacation at the same time. The location was marvellous and decent, very close to bars, the beach, and restaurants like Baraka. The bungalows are minutes away from The Panje Project, which we wanted to see. We had a wonderful time at Atii Garden Bungalows. Oh no! Just one small thing bothered me. There weren't enough nightstands next to the bed.

The bungalows were spacious and clean, with a nice balcony for relaxing. We loved being surrounded by the beautiful garden and the wildlife, like monkeys and lizards. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The on-site restaurant served excellent local/French cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, markets, and restaurants.

The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was adequate. We also found that the sound isolation on the ground floor was not the best, as we could sometimes hear guests on the first floor.
